// CASE STUDY — AEIPHORIA.COM.AU
One Page. Zero Keywords. Starting From the True Beginning.
Aeiphoria is building Australia's circular textile ecosystem — but its website was a single page that search engines had nothing to say about. This is the live record of the rebuild: the before, the after, and the data as it arrives.

// THE STARTING POINT
A Single Page, Invisible to Search
The old aeiphoria.com.au was a one-page website-builder site: a stock photo, one sentence of mission text, and a contact form. Nothing wrong with starting simple — but there was nothing for Google to rank, and nothing for a visitor to explore.

MOBILE LCP
What these numbers mean: zero keywords ranking means the site never appeared in Google results for anything — not even reliably for its own name. An 11-second largest contentful paint on mobile means the hero image took 11 seconds to finish loading on an average phone connection. Both are baseline measurements we captured before the rebuild went live.
// BEFORE & AFTER
The Rebuild, Side by Side
Same business, same domain. The difference: a real brand direction, real content structure, and a platform engineered for search from day one.
// THE REBUILD
What Changed
This engagement is web design plus technical optimisation — not a full SEO content program. We still build every site search-ready, because retrofitting that later costs more.
A brand direction that matches the mission
Editorial serif typography, a deep-moss and warm-ink palette, and a living ecosystem diagram — replacing a generic stock photo with a design that explains what Aeiphoria actually does.
One page became a real site structure
Ecosystem, approach, about, and innovation-intake pages — each one a page Google can index and a visitor can actually use to understand the organisation.
Wix builder → Astro + Cloudflare, owned in GitHub
Static HTML shipped from the edge, version-controlled code the client owns, and no platform lock-in — the same stack this site runs on.
Search plumbing done from day one
Metadata, schema, sitemap, Search Console submission, and performance tuning — so the moment content grows, the foundation is already there.

The Data Arrives After Launch
We don't publish projections. Once the new site is live on the domain, we'll measure the same numbers again — on the real, production site — and post them here.
Baseline captured — screenshots, Lighthouse scores, Domain Rating, and keyword count archived before cutover (that's this page).
At launch — production PageSpeed scores for the new site, measured on the live domain, published side by side with the baseline.
The months after — indexing status and the first keyword rankings as Google discovers the new structure. Zero is a very honest starting line.
