Is the website build cost separate from the monthly plan?

What's included in the monthly plan?
Starter covers hosting, maintenance, and a bundled CRM. Growth adds a documented SEO strategy and monthly content. Both include support. See the pricing section below for the full breakdown.
I don't need a CRM. Why is it included?
The CRM comes with every plan — not as an upsell, but because it's where your leads and booking calendar live. When someone fills in a form or books a call through your site, it has to go somewhere useful. That's the CRM. Hosting and maintenance are also included in Starter. The only true add-on is SEO — that's the Growth plan, and you add it when you're ready to invest in search rankings.
How is this different from a cheap $500 website?
A $500 website is a template with your logo dropped in. It won't rank on Google, won't load fast on mobile, and won't be maintained.
