What CRM software do you use?
We use an industry-leading CRM platform trusted by thousands of businesses globally. We set up a dedicated account for your business — your contacts, your data, completely separate from anyone else.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use it?
No. We set it up and connect it to your website. Your forms feed directly into your contact list from day one. We'll walk you through the basics so you can use it confidently.
Is SMS included?
SMS requires a dedicated phone number, which is set up on request and billed separately. It's not included in the standard plan. If you want automated SMS follow-ups, ask us and we'll quote it.
Do you build out our automations for us?
The CRM comes with automation capability built in, but custom automation workflows — beyond what comes out of the box — are scoped and quoted separately. If you need a specific follow-up sequence built, we can do it. It's just not in the standard plan.
Do you set up our email domain?
No. Setting up a dedicated sending domain requires access to your domain DNS settings, which not all clients are comfortable providing. We use a reliable sending configuration that works out of the box. If you want a dedicated domain set up, we can discuss it, but it's not standard.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export all your contacts at any time. We'll help you do that before we close the account. Your data is yours.
Is the CRM included in every monthly plan?
Yes. Both Starter and Growth include the CRM setup and connection to your website.
